Training
This page is updated regularly with the latest information on training. Both men's and women's teams train together in a fun, safe, environment.
Main Training
During the season (March-October), both the men's and women's teams train two nights a week at the Glasgow Green (meeting at the Greendyke Street entrance). Monday nights focus more on fitness, while Wednesdays we focus on skills and gameplay (perfect for beginners!). Training starts at 6.30pm both nights.

Winter Training
When the days are shorter, we move training indoors at 7.30pm every Tuesday at Glasgow Caley Uni Sports Hall. You may also also find us on the Glasgow Green on a Saturday or Sunday morning.
