SARFL/W SEASON BEGINS 26th APRIL

TRAINING UPDATE:
There will be no Thursday night training for May as our pitch at Cambuslang Rugby Club is undergoing maintenance. We will have Wednesday night trainings (6:30-8pm) at Cambuslang Rugby Club for the dates of May 14th, May 21st, May 28th instead.
Training resumes as per usual in June.
During the season (April-September), both the men's and women's teams train two nights a week:
Mondays at Glasgow Green (meeting at the Greendyke Street entrance); Thursdays at our home ground, Cambuslang Rugby Club.
Monday nights focus more on fitness/recovery, while Thursday we focus on skills and gameplay (perfect for beginners!).
Training is 6.30pm - 8pm both nights.
Whether you have played Aussie Rules before, never heard of it, or anywhere in between, we accommodate to all skill levels! We are a social, inclusive club, and anyone is welcome to join.
